Felicity tells Sally that she's just had the most romantic night of her life. She and Ben talked about everything - how much they missed one another, and how they both felt relief to be together again. They're planning to spend the summer together at home in Palo Alto, California. Ben has a construction job lined up that will cover all of next year's college tuition and expenses. Felicity says she's never felt better. Felicity and Ben are finding it difficult to study for finals because they can't keep their hands off one another.

Sean asks Julie out on a date after her finals. She agrees to go out with him.

Ruby tells Noel that Wade has asked her to marry him. He wants to try and make it work. Noel thinks it's a crazy idea considering she barely knows Wade. Ruby says he's nice - he could help support them. She thinks it would be the best thing for the baby.

Elena asks Felicity if she and Ben had sex. Felicity says they're taking their time.

Since they can't get any studying done, Felicity and Ben agree to remain apart for 3 days until finals are over and then they'll spend the entire summer together.

Felicity's art history professor offers her a summer job as an assistant for an exhibit at a museum pending her final exam grade. This job would mean being apart from Ben for 3 months. Felicity tells Ben about the possible offer. He tells her it's a cool offer. Felicity tells him it would be a pretty amazing job. She asks if there's any way he could get a job in New York. Ben says it wouldn't pay as much as the summer construction job. He tells her she should do well on the final and allow the professor to officially offer her the job - then they'll deal with it.

Javier presents Ben with a watch and asks him to be an usher at his wedding. Ben accepts. Javier explains that the watch winds with movement - there must be movement for it to keep accurate time. He and Samuel have given watches to all participating in the wedding as ushers. He asks Felicity to be his best man. She tearfully accepts.

Sean asks Ben where he should take Julie on their date. Ben tells him it's not where you go - it's who you're with. Ben tells Sean about Felicity's summer job offer. Sean says he should get a hotel room and have the most romantic night he can afford.

Noel tells Ruby it kills him to see her tied to some guy she barely knows. He wants her to stay with him. She tells him she's been wanting to hear him say that for a long time. Her parents want her to come home sto that they can help take care of her and the baby.

Ben finds Felicity studying in the library before her last final - the art history final. He tells her about the hotel for their romantic night after her final. Felicity wants to go now. She doesn't think she's going to learn anymore in 4 hours than she did all semester long. They go to the hotel and fool around for hours. Ben took off his new watch and placed it on the nite table. Felicity asks what time it is a few times during their intense make-out session. The first time, ben says its 4:15. His answer is the same the second time she asks. They don't realize the watch has stopped from lack of motion, so they continue the make-out session. Felicity's final exam is scheduled for 5pm. The third time she asks what time it is and he tells her 4:15 again. She says it was 4:15 last time she asked. She reaches over and turns the hotel alarm clock around and its after 6pm. She scrambles out of bed and throws on her clothes. She blames Ben for wanting her to miss her final so she'd be sure not to get the museum job. Ben apologizes and says he didn't do it on purpose, the watch stopped because he took it off. He forgot it needed motion to wind itself. Felicity races to the exam, but it's too late, the students and the professor have gone. She stops by the professor's office - no luck.

Tracy tells Elena he's changed his mind - he wants to have sex. Meghan tells Elena she shouldn't do it - it would be like he's breaking up with God to be with her. She tells Elena she should go to church with Tracy.

Sean and Richard come home and find Julie kissing Noel. Meghan comes home a minute later and Richard tells her what happened. Noel has eaten Meghan's smart cookies, unaware they contain beet powder - he's allergic to beets. He tells them Beets make him hyper-active. Richard says he's sexually hyper-active. Ruby comes home. She can't believe Noel kissed Julie. She leaves. Noel bumps into furniture and knocks over stuff as he runs after Ruby.

Elena and Tracy are in bed. Elena feels guilty and can't go through with it. She tells Tracy she can't compete with the Lord. She gets dressed and leaves Tracy at her apartment.

Felicity returns and apologizes to Ben for blaming him for being late for her final exam. She says she'll still pass the class, but at least she knows she won't get the internship.

Elena tells Julie about her feelings of guilt. Julie says she shouldn't feel guilty for wanting to have sex with her boyfriend. She tells Elena she should go for it. Elena tells Julie she should have just told Sean the truth - that she's not interested in him romantically.

Ben feels bad about Felicity missing her final and possibly a great opportunity for her career. He calls around to locate Felicity's professor and goes to the restaurant where she's having dinner. He explains about how he and Felicity have a new relationship and lost track of time fooling around and the watch stopped. Felicity's professor assigns an essay in place of the final.

Julie apologizes to Sean. She tells him that she loves him - just not in the way he wants her to.

Elena returns to her apartment. Tracy thanks her for stopping things before they went too far. He says she showed she cared by reminding him why he chose to wait until marriage to have sex.

Ruby tells Noel she has to go home. She feels it's best for the baby. Noel tells Ruby he didn't want to lose her. She says she didn't want to lose him either. He tells her he'll send her a care package every now and again.

Sean tells Meghan that her smart cookies were spectacular. He had no idea she could bake. She tells him there are lots of things he doesn't know. They stare at one another for a moment then kiss.

Ben returns and tells Felicity what he's done. They stay up all night working on her paper. The professor loves the essay and offers Felicity the museum job. Ben asks her what she's going to do. Felicity sighs.
