Meghan takes Felicity's place and moves in with Elena and Julie.

No one has seen or heard from Noel since he took off with Javier's cousin Natalie after Javier's wedding. The Independent Film Channel has offered Sean a weekly docuventary series. He decides to make Noel's disappearance the theme of the first show. Felicity doesn't think it's a good idea - what if he's really missing.

Ben returns from Palo Alto. He agrees to move in with Felicity before he sees the apartment. Felicity tells him it's going to be so much fun.

Ben tells Sean the apartment is a hell hole - it's dirty,filthy, and the electrical sockets don't work - they surge. He says he cares way too much about Felicity's feelings to tell her what he really thinks about it. Felicity tells Sean the apartment is romantic. She asks Sean what Ben has said about it. Sean lies and tells her Ben says he loves it.

Richard is on a mission to find Noel. He contacts Noel's parents and brother to find out if they have any idea where he is. Each time Noel has contacted a member of his family he hasn't told them where he is. Richard investigates and finds out Noel hasn't registered for student housing and hasn't paid his tuition. He concludes that noel doesn't intend to return to college. Richard says he's going to find Noel.

Ben takes Sean to the hell hole apartment. Sean can't believe Felicity actually wants to live there. Ben asks what he should do - Felicity loves the place. Felicity comes home and finds Ben has purchased a huge theater tv. She comments that it must have been pretty expensive. Ben tells her Sean knew a guy...

Later, Felicity and Ben are making out on the sofa. Felicity sees a huge bug, jumps up and screams, scaring the crap out of Ben. He tells her she nearly gave him a heart attack. She begs him to kill the mutant roach. He picks up a napkin. She tells him he's going to need more than the small napkin. Ben goes to get the bug. There's incredibly annoying loud noise coming from the apartment below. Ben says the noise went on for an hour earlier that day. He yells for the person to stop whatever it is they're doing. Felicity tells him it's probably the pipes - they'll call the manager in the morning. Ben swears that if the person downstairs keeps it up he's going to kick someone's ass. There's a knock at the door. It's Bridgette, the chick from downstairs. She apologizes for the noise and explains that when she turns on the bathtub water the pipes go bang. She says she'll call the manager again and ask him to fix it. Ben tells her no pressure, to do it whenever she can. After she leaves Felicity gives Ben a look and says nice ass kicking. They go back to trying to find and kill the bug. Felicity plugs in a lamp for more light. Sparks fly and the lamp catches fire. Felicity gets the fire extinguisher, but it doesn't work. Ben runs out into the hallway and breaks glass with his bare hand to get another fire extinguisher. He runs back to the apartment and puts the fire out.

Felicity tells Julie and Meghan about the ordeal. Ben cut his hand and had to get six stitches. They spent three hours in the emergency room. Felicity confesses that moving in with Ben so soon may not have been a good idea. It's only been one day and there's so much stuff to deal with. Then she tells them about the beautiful woman who lives downstairs who came to to apologize and how Ben was such a guy. She says they both were cranky this morning and it just isn't how she thought it was going to be. Meghan guesses Felicity and Ben haven't 'gotten it on' yet. Felicity says there have been too many distractions to get anything on. Meghan tells them domestication is the enemy of romance. Julie says it's not true and Felicity agrees with her. Felicity tells them she's not going to give up. Julie reminds her she can always move in with them. Meghan tells Julie she's not going anywhere. Julie warns Meghan not to bully her.

Ben complains to Sean that there's so much crap to deal with. Sean says it should be called a hassle instead of an apartment. Ben tells him the tv doesn't help because it's become a fort for all of the insects and rodents. Ben says it's weird living with someone - he and Felicity had a twenty minute conversation about where to put the forks. Sean advises Ben to take things one step at a time. Ben goes home to fix the leaky faucet. The chick from downstairs comes up to ask if she can use their bathtub because the manager has told her not to use hers until it's repaired. Ben tells her his girlfriend will be home soon and he doesn't think it's a good idea. She explains that she's a dancer and she needs a bath for her back. Ben can't say no. Ben calls Sean and tells him that the neighbor chick is in the bathtub. He's worried of what will happen when Felicity comes home. Meghan grabs the phone and tells Ben she's heard about the neighbor and his ass is grass if she's in the bath when Felicity comes home. Felicity comes home and sees the chick in their living room bathtub. Ben tells Felicity that the manager says if she uses hers the pipes will explode. Felicity thinks his excuse is lame. Ben apologizes. He tells her she'll be done in a couple of minutes. Felicity says she'd planned on making a romantic dinner . Ben confesses that he didn't want to be there at all - she didn't even ask him if living together was something he'd even thought about. She argues that she did ask him and he could have said 'no.' He asks how he supposed to say 'no' when she'd already rented the place. He says there was no way he could have said 'no' to her. She asks if he wishes he'd said 'no.' Ben tells her he absolutely never would have taken that particular apartment. Felicity tells him it's a problem that shouldn't be too hard to fix. The phone rings and rings as they argue. Ben tells Felicity he was trying to make the place work for him. Felicity says yeah, she saw the bathtub. The chick in the bathtub answers the phone and comes to the room naked covered with bubble bath suds and tells them Noel has been found. Ben turns away uncomfortably and leaves the apartment.

Richard finds out that Natalie has been hanging out with some guy named Leon. He 's pretty nervous about going to Leon's apartment by himself, so Felicity, Meghan, Sean, Julie,Elena ,Tracey, and Javier go with him. It turns out that Leon is Noel spelled backwards. His place is a complete mess and he's grown a beard. Noel apologizes. He says he and Natalie are packing- they're going away for the weekend. Felicity tells him they've all been worried about him since he hadn't contacted anyone all summer. They're all back in school and he's not. Noel says they went to Canada and then to Cuba. Felicity asks what he plans to do about college. Noel says he's not going back. He just going to let the good times roll. He and Natalie leave to catch their flight.

Felicity tells Sean Noel's trying to be impulsive and fun - that's what she was trying to do with the apartment. Elena says Natalie is capital 'T' trouble. Tracy says Noel is like a different person - not the guy he met last year.

Later ,Elena finds Julie crying in the living room. Elena asks if she's thinking about her father. Julie says she just wants to be alone. Elena reminds her that she's there if she wants to talk. Earlier in the summer Julie's biological father became ill and needed a kidney transplant. Julie tested but unfortunately wasn't a match. She says she was happy she got to know him as well as she did before he died.

Felicity goes home and finds Ben has lit lots of candles. She tells him she's given up the apartment. She tells him it was a romantic idea, but there's just too much stuff to deal with. She just wants to have fun this year. They decide to enjoy their last night and christen the apartment. They take a bath together and talk about getting a place together after they graduate college.

Noel and Natalie return from their trip as Mr. and Mrs. Crane.
