Noel goes for a computer repair guy job at the student computer center. He's strictly been a MAC man, but is forced to acquaint himself with the pc, since the majority of the students use a windows based operating system.

Felicity is disturbed by the goodbye video tape Julie left. She tells Elena something about it seemed so final. Julie's adopted mom calls. Felicity asks Elena if she should tell Julie's mom that she dropped out of school. Elena says Julie probably wants to tell her mother herself. Felicity lies and tells her Julie's probably in class.

Javier has to study for his American Citizenship test. Ben offers to help him.

Felicity finds a small clear plastic bag in the top of Julie's closet. She asks Ben what the contents look like to him. Ben asks if it's Molly's. Felicity takes the plastic bag to Molly. She says it kind of looks like crystal meth. She tells Felicity her brother used to be addicted. Elena says the plastic bag could have belonged to anyone - for all they know, it could have been in the closet for over a year. Ben says if it was Julie's it could explain the way she'd been acting - she'd be happy one minute, then quiet, then belligerent the next...

Felicity is overwhelmed with guilt after lying to Julie's mother. She calls and tells her that Julie dropped out of school, left New York and didn't tell anyone where she was going. Julie's mom cries. Later, Felicity tells Ben that she called Julie's mom and told her about everything including the death of Julie's biological father. Julie's mom yelled at her for letting Julie leave and not realizing that something was wrong. Felicity feels responsible. Ben tells her it's not fair for Julie's mom to blame her and that she only said those things because she was angry. He tells Felicity that it's not her fault. Felicity feels she was too wrapped up in her own life to see what was going on with Julie. She cries over waiting 4 days before she called Julie's mom. Ben tells her that some people wouldn't have called at all.

Tracy helps Noel with pc troubleshooting on his old laptop computer. Noel checks out Tracy's new laptop. Tracy tells Noel that Elena has been using the new computer to work on her political science midterm paper and warns him that if anything happens to it she'll kick his ass all the way back to Boston. Tracy causes his old laptop to crash so that Noel can practice troubleshooting. Noel works on it and decides that it's 'dead'. Elena walks in and wants to know what's dead. Tracy tells her it's his crappy old laptop. Elena tells him her political science paper that she's been working on for a month is on that computer and the paper is due tomorrow. Noel asks if she backed her work up. Elena tells him she wouldn't be freaking out if she had. Tracy apologizes - he thought she was using his new computer. Elena tells him she never touched the new one. She tells them they'd better get her paper.

Javier and Ben pass by a voter registration booth on the street. The woman asks Javier is planning to vote. He explains that by the time he takes his citizenship test it will be too late for him to register. She asks Ben if he's going to vote. Ben says he isn't. Javier can't believe that Ben isn't going to exercise his privilege to vote. Ben says politicians are all full of crap.

Meghan is worried about Felicity. She tells Elena and Molly that Felicity has been in her room for hours sitting on her bed staring into space like a stuffed animal. Elena explains that Julie's mom made Felicity feel like Julie's leaving was her fault. Felicity finally comes out of the room. They tell her they're going out and she's coming with them. Elena says she can't go anywhere until she gets her paper from the computer. They're tired of seeing her mope around the apartment. They go to a frat party and get loaded, play strip ping pong. Meghan has to leave at midnight for her phone sex gig. Molly tells Felicity she has to leave. Felicity stays, has more jello shots.

Noel calls the computer center guy to try and save the computer. He works all night while Elena paces. The computer geek is ready to give up. Noel suddenly knows what to do to fix it and saves Elena's paper. The computer geek tells Noel they'd be proud to have him on the team and offers him the computer repair job.

Felicity wakes up in bed next to a guy she doesn't know. She looks around confused as she gathers her clothes. She pukes in a garbage can on her way home. Felicity returns to her apartment. Elena, Meghan ,Sean, Tracy, Molly and Noel ask her what happened to her. She tells them she doesn't know and goes to her room. Molly comes in and offers her a bendi. She tells Felicity it's a blessing to help all of the negative things go away. She says a self acceptance prayer : 'We are who we are , and it's wonderful' She places the bendi in the center of Felicity's forehead. Felicity tells Molly that she woke up in some guy's bed this morning. Molly asks her if anything happened. Felicity says she doesn't remember - she must have blacked out or something. She says she doesn't know what she's going to tell Ben.

Julie calls. Felicity tells her how worried they've all been about her. She tells Julie she thinks she should call her parents.

Javier passes his citizenship test. Ben tells him he's going to vote in the upcoming presidential election. All of Javier's lecturing about voting being a privilege convinced him.
