Sean tells Ben and Noel that he has a dull ache in his testicles. They both frown and tell him not to say the word testicles. Sean tells them they're uncomfortable because the have genitalia hatred. He asks Ben to feel them. Ben tells him to go and see a doctor who feels balls. Noel suggests he see a urologist.

It's Felicity's birthday. Ben presents her with a gift before leaving for class. She decides to save it to open later. Felicity tries to get in touch with Randy, the guy she woke up next to after the frat party,but he doesn't return her calls. She still has no idea if she had sex with him that night. She wants to tell Ben, but her counselor suggests that she not tell him. It would only be relieving her guilt while unnecessarily hurting Ben. She advises Felicity to not have sex with Ben until she gets the results back from the STD tests.

Sean goes to the doctor who prescribes antibiotics for possible infection. He wants Sean to have an ultrasound to rule out any other possible causes of the pain. Sean feels an ultrasound would be a waste of time. He thinks the antibiotics will do just fine. Meghan thinks they're having relationship problems because Sean won't have sex with her and he refuses to tell her what's going on.

Felicity and Ben have lunch and run into Frat boy Randy. Felicity lies when she introduces the two and tells Ben he's in one of her classes.

Noel goes to repair a student's computer. It turns out the problem was caused by a virus sent via e-mail by jerky frat guys. They apparently sent the e-mail to all students at the university. Noel is shocked when a photo of Felicity naked with some strange guy pops up on the screen. He tells Felicity about it and she tells him she has to tell Ben everything. Noel thinks it's foolish because she doesn't know for sure that she even had sex with Randy that night because she blacked out. Noel tells her to at least wait until after her birthday. Felicity says she doesn't know if she can wait that long. Ben deserves to know the truth.

Meghan asks Sean if he has crabs or some other STD. She doesn't understand why he won't have sex with her. He finally tells her. She thinks he's stupid for not agreeing to have the ultrasound to find out if he could have a serious problem.

Ben throws Felicity a surprise birthday party. Richard decides to turn on his computer during the party to show Molly his website to prove to her that he's a bigger 'Dr.Who' fan than her when the photo of Felicity and Randy pops up from his e-mail. Richard yells, 'Holy Crap!' Everyone gathers around the computer. Ben sees the photo and bolts. Felicity runs after him to try and explain, but Ben doesn't want to hear anything she has to say. He goes to the frat house looking for Randy. He isn't there, but some of his frat brothers are. He tells them he's Felicity's boyfriend. They tell him that Felicity wasn't acting like she has a boyfriend and that she slept with Randy. Ben goes to see Felicity so they can talk. She tries to explain that she was so drunk that she doesn't remember what happened. He yells at her and tells her that she slept with Randy. He walks away disgusted with her. Felicity cries.

Noel gets a repair call from Jason, the same student who's computer he previously repaired. Noel feels weird. The guy has candles lit all over the room. He invites Noel out on a date. Noel tells him that he's straight. The guy apologizes. On the way out Noel sees framed photo of the guy with his arm around Richard. Later, when when he and Richard are hanging out Richard complains about Noel giving him weird looks. Noel insists that he isn't.

Felicity goes to the frat house to talk to Randy to find out what really happened that night. He tells her nothing happened. She was too wasted. He put her to bed and they slept. He didn't even kiss her. His frat brothers assumed they had sex and he didn't correct them. He tells he had no idea they were going to send the photo to everyone. Later, Javier takes Felicity and Ben to the back room at Dean & Deluca to try and force them to talk about what happened. He doesn't want to see them throw everything they have away over a stupid mistake. Ben tells Felicity he doesn't want to talk. She tells him she got checked out and all the tests came back negative and Randy says that nothing happened. Ben finds it hard to believe. He tells her he can't be in the room with her and one of them has to leave. Felicity stands there in disbelief. Ben leaves.

Sean makes an appointment to have the ultrasound . He asks Meghan to go with him. The doctor tells him there's definitely some kind of growth and they need to do a biopsy as soon as possible to find out if it's malignant.

Felicity finally opens her gift from Ben. It's a box filled with tubes of paint and other art supplies.
