Sean tells Meghan that he made a pact with God before he went into surgery - if God got him through it, he'd devote his life to Him.

Noel tells Elena that while he was working on Jane's computer he stumbled upon her email log-on and password. He wants to read it. Elena is totally against invading Jane's privacy.

Elena tells Finn that what happened the other night can never happen again because she loves Tracey. He tells her she has a weird way of showing it.

Ben's father stops by again. He tells Felicity he feels like he's lost Ben. She tells him Ben just needs some time. He cries. Felicity attempts to comfort him with a hug and tells him it's going to be okay. He hugs her back and begins to passionately kiss her neck and moves towards her lips. Felicity is frozen. He tells her he's sorry, then leaves.

Tracey finds out that Elena's name is on a complaint list with lots of other female students who have been sexually harassed by Dr. McGrath. He confronts her about it and asks why she never told him. Elena tells him it was a long time ago, before they even met. She apologizes for not telling him. He tells her it freaks him out.

Noel reads Jane's e-mail and prints them. He tries to get Elena to read them. Elena refuses. He tells her the e-mail messages are like an instruction manual. She likes Indian cuisine, she doesn't like opera, she's Catholic, she takes yoga at the rec center. Elena yells at him for invading Jane's privacy. Noel has a one track mind. He goes down to the rec center and joins Jane's yoga class. She's of course surprised to see him there. He tells her that between classes and everything, yoga keeps him conscious. She tells him that she says that all of the time. Noel pulls a book out of his backpack - it's the same one Jane's carrying around. He asks her if she's read it. She reaches into her backpack and pulls out her copy. She thinks it's weird they're carrying around the same book. He asks if she likes Indian food. Jane can't believe they have so much in common.

Sean asks Meghan if she would convert to Judaism. She says she won't. He tells her they have to break up - that it can't work with him as a deeply religious Jew and with her as a practicing witch. He tells her he wants his kids to be Jewish, not Jew-witch. She asks him if he's for real. Sean tells her he's serious.

Ben agrees to give his father another chance and invites him to the loft. Mr. Covington apologizes to Felicity again when Ben leaves the room. He tells her it's obvious that she hasn't told Ben about what happened and he appreciates it. Felicity tells him she's uncomfortable talking about it. Ben and his dad have tickets to see a play, but Ben can't go because his face is horribly bruised. He asks Felicity to take his place and go with his dad. She tells him she can't go without him. He begs her to do it for him. She agrees, but then cancels at the last minute. Ben figures out that something is wrong. Felicity tells him that he just makes her feel uncomfortable. He asks if his father did anything to her. Felicity doesn't answer. Ben storms out and goes to see his father. He asks his father what he did to Felicity to make her feel too uncomfortable to be alone with him. He tells Ben that he was confused and upset. He was so sad that he felt like he was drowning. Felicity reached out they hugged and he kissed her. Ben tells him he doesn't want him in his life. Later, Ben apologizes for what his father did. Felicity tells him she's fine. Ben says he wants to kill his dad. He tells her he feels like he's going to explode - like he's got kerosene all over him. She gives him some pamphlets and encourages him to go to Al-Anon. Ben tells her he's not going to go to a group. He tells her he's not the one with the problem. She tells him he talks about wanting to kill his dad and that he feels like he's going to explode - she doesn't want him to feel that way.

Elena decides to come clean with Tracey and tell him what happened between her and Finn. She tells him that being his girlfriend this year has been the most incredible and wonderful experience. Tracey interrupts her and insists she let him talk first. He reads a poem he wrote for her describing reasons he loves her. Elena can't bring herself to tell him the truth. Later, Tracy tells Finn Elena told him all about the affair. He says they talked about it and he's okay with it. Finn tells him he doesn't think he could be that understanding. Tracey explains that he loves Elena. Finn says he knows - Elena told him. He tells Tracey that it wasn't really an affair - he and Elena were only together one time. Tracey's jaw drops. Finn thought Tracey was referring to Elena's indiscretion with him when Tracey was referring to Elena's relationship with Dr. McGrath.

Noel and Jane go out to eat at an Indian restaurant. Noel brings up more things he's read in her e-mail messages to make it seem like they have lots in common. He tells her that the food is great but he'd rather be making love to her. She slaps him and gets up and leaves him sitting alone. Later, she stops by Dean and Deluca and apologizes to him. She explains that she was just telling her friend that she wanted a guy to be honest and just say what he feels - no lying , no pretending - and say almost exactly what he said to her at the restaurant. She asks for another chance. She tells him that it doesn't mean they're going to jump into bed or anything, she just wants to get to know him.

Sean talks to a Rabbi at the hospital and reconsiders his relationship with Meghan. He asks her to marry him. She tells him she's not Jewish and reminds him that he just broke up with her. She wants him to apologize for the way he treated her. He apologizes to her. She tells him that she'll get back together with him, but there's no way she's marrying him because he's crazy.

Ben goes to an Al-Anon meeting. He sees a familiar face - Molly.
