Ben stops by the apartment to see Felicity. She asks if he's ok. He says he was just walking home from the hospital visiting with his dad and he just wanted to stop by to say hello. He says his dad still hasn't gotten a liver. He tells her that he and his mom got tested. His mom is a match, but his father isn't letting her do it. He asks what she's doing over winter break. She tells him she's going home tomorrow. He just stands there looking at her. She asks what he's doing. The last few weeks he's been stopping by and calling. She says that's great, she loves to see him, but it always ends with him pulling away. He says he's sorry. She tells him if he were to tell her today that he wanted to start over she wouldn't hesitate, but that's not what he's saying. Ben says he doesn't know. She tells him to have a good break.

Javier tells Felicity she should go to the Snow Ball - it's their last winter formal ever. She tells him she can't - she's flying home today. She says she needs to get out of there and figure some things out.

Noel and Sean team up with a graphics/website design business. Sean says nothing bonds friends like success. Sean says it's just the beginning. He assures Noel it's going to be huge. They disagree on the design of their first client's website and almost lose the account because of Sean's lack of flexibility. He wants everything to be done his way and thinks his ideas are better than Noel's and the clients. Noel says he shouldn't take everything so personally.

Ben's dad says Lauren told him about Ben's breakup with Felicity. Ben says it's not a big deal. His dad wants to know what happened. Ben tells him Felicity cheated on him. His dad asks if he thinks she might do it again. Ben says, 'no'. He tells Ben that when you love someone, it's the only thing that really matters. Ben's mom comes in with good news. A new liver for his dad is being flown in from Philadelphia.

Ben runs to the apartment to see Felicity, but it's too late, she's already left for the airport. Javier tells him it's so romantic that he's going after her. Felicity is reading a book when Ben arrives and finds her. She looks up surprised. She asks what he's doing there. He tells her he'd stopped by the night before because he misses her. He tells her he wants to start over. They kiss. He asks if she's still going to leave. She tells him no, she's not going to leave.

Ben smiles as he watches Felicity sleep. She wakes up. It's snowing. He asks what she wants to do today. Felicity wants to go sledding in Central Park, then to the Snow Ball. Felicity tells Meghan Ben came to the airport. Meghan tells Felicity to never doubt her spells. Felicity says she won't. Ben receives a phone call. His dad won't be getting the liver after all - they can't fly it in from Philadelphia to New York because of the snowstorm.

Ben's mom wants to donate her liver. Ben doesn't want both his parents lives to be in danger. It's ultimately Ben's decision because his father gave him power of attorney. Felicity says he should hear what the doctors have to say. She tells him she'll go with him. After much begging from his mom and talking with the doctors, Ben decides to allow his mother to donate part of her liver. There are some complications after surgery - they have difficulty stopping his mothers internal bleeding. Ben blames himself. He tells Felicity it's not fair. Felicity assures him he did everything he could do. She reminds him that his mother loves his father. Everything works out in the end and both parents are ok. Ben tells his dad he talked to Felicity. He tells his dad he hopes they don't keep hurting one another. His father tells him that's what life does - it tests you, but you love each other. He says they'll pass the tests.

Ben and Felicity go to the Snow Ball and dance the night away with Elena, Trevor, Meghan, Sean, Javier, and Noel. Noel apologizes to Ben for everything that happened with Felicity. Ben says he just wants to try and forget it. After the dance they all walk together in the snow joking and laughing. Felicity says she doesn't want to go home. They decide to go and get something to eat. Felicity says she wonders what's going to happen with all of them. She says this time next year they could be anywhere. She wonders what they're going to be doing. She says this is like the end.
