Ben shows Sean an ultrasound photo of the baby. Sean asks if Lauren has made a decision about Arizona. Ben tells him she hasn't decided yet. Sean tells Ben he has to get a lawyer to keep Lauren from going. Ben says he doesn't want to do that. Felicity comes in and looks at the copy of the ultrasound. Ben tells her it's a boy. Felicity congratulates him. Sean tells Ben they should name the baby 'Sean.' Ben says he's not naming the baby 'Sean.'

Felicity has a 30-page paper for her art history class due tomorrow and she hasn't even chosen a topic yet. She tells Meghan she's thinking about doing her paper on Georgia O'keeffe. She can't concentrate with all of the drama of Ben and Lauren's baby. She tells Meghan she could feel him drifting away from her as he looked at the ultrasound photo. Meghan tries to assure Felicity that she's not going to lose Ben. Meghan suggests Felicity just take an incomplete and finish the paper during the summer. Felicity tells her she can't - she needs the credits from the class to graduate. Meghan tells Felicity she would go to the library to the dissertation section, get a paper on art history and copy it. Felicity tells Meghan she can't do that. Meghan tells her that her friend Earl does it all the time and has never been caught. She tells Felicity that no one ever reads those stupid things anyway. She tells Meghan she'll figure something out.

Felicity attempts to work on her paper. She's having difficulty accessing a website that has information she needs on Georgia O'keeffe. She tells Ben the computer crashes every time she tries to get online. Ben tries and the computer freezes. Felicity complains that she's never going to finish her paper. Ben assures her she'll get it done. He wants to try to access the website again. The phone rings. It's Lauren. She wants Ben to go to Lamaze class with her. Ben agrees to go with her. He tells Felicity that he wants to participate more so that Lauren won't want to move away. Felicity says it sounds like a good idea. Ben tells her it's just a class. Felicity tells him it's ok and that she's just stressed out about her art history paper. She tells him the computer is never going to work so she's going to the library. Felicity goes to the library and asks where the dissertation section is located. The librarian gives her a weird knowing look. Felicity lies badly and tells the guy a friend wrote a dissertation and she just wants to take a look at it to see her name in print. Felicity browses through dissertations and then finds one she wants to use. She photo copies pages and pages of text then types it on the computer, prints it out. Meghan is surprised to see Felicity has finished a 30-page paper in one night. She tells Felicity she's unbelievable. Meghan says Felicity will probably get an 'A,' while she'll get a 'C' for a piece of crap that took her 3 weeks to write. Meghan looks at Felicity's cover page. The paper is on Monet. Meghan says she thought Felicity was going to write it on O'Keeffe. The professor collects the papers. Felicity grips her paper - she doesn't want to let it go. The professor asks Felicity if there's a problem with her paper. Felicity tells her there isn't and hands the professor her paper.

Zoe's dad, Mr. Webb calls Noel into his office. Noel thinks the meeting is about his relationship with Zoe, so he starts telling her dad about how his intentions are good and how much he cares about his daughter. Zoe's dad tells Noel he wanted to talk to him about Sean. He doesn't like the way Sean pitches clients. He's got one setting full speed ahead. He's bouncing off the walls and his arms are flailing all over the place. Noel tells Mr. Webb that it's just Sean's style. Mr. Webb doesn't like it and wants Noel to take a more supervisory role. He tells Noel that he doesn't want to lose any more business because of Sean. Later, during a presentation, Sean starts doing his thing. Noel calls a break to talk to Sean outside about the presentation. Sean thinks his style works and won't back down until Noel tells him about his meeting with Mr. Webb. Sean thinks Noel is taking sides with Mr. Webb and quits, leaving Noel to finish the presentation on his own.

Ben tells Felicity that Lauren's going to Arizona. Her ex-boyfriend is moving with her. Ben says he's going to see a Lawyer. Felicity tells him she's really sorry. Ben says it really sucks. Meghan comes in and asks Felicity why she wasn't in class. Felicity tells her she just slept in. Meghan tells her Professor Carnes wants to see her. Felicity asks why. Meghan tells her it's probably something about her paper. Felicity tells Meghan she probably hasn't even read it yet. Meghan tells Felicity the professor handed back graded papers in class today. Meghan says she got a B+.

Felicity tells Meghan that she copied the paper. Meghan tells her she's totally busted. Felicity tells her that she didn't know what else to do. It was 30 pages long and the computer wasn't working and Ben was scheduling Lamaze classes with Lauren. Meghan tries to get Felicity to calm down. Meghan tells her this happened to Earl once. Felicity yells, "What!, You told me he had never been caught!" Meghan says before anyone could prove anything, he went to the library and got rid of the dissertation he copied. Felicity says maybe she should just confess. Meghan asks her if she's on crack and tells her they'll kick her out for sure if she does that. Felicity goes to the library to get the dissertation. She finds it and casually tosses it in a garbage can. The weird guy catches her and asks what she's doing. Felicity lies badly again and says she thought it was the book drop. She digs in and gets the dissertation it's covered with food. Felicity wipes off Chinese noodles. Felicity says people really shouldn't bring food in the library. Felicity goes to put the book back. The guy tells her to give him the book or he'll have to report her. Felicity reluctantly gives him the book.

Felicity goes to see her professor. She confesses that she didn't have a lot of time to work on it and and she's been very overwhelmed with things in her personal life. Professor Carnes tells her the paper is fantastic - it's the best paper she's read all semester. She submitted it to the U.N.Y. Journal. The editorial board has to review it before it gets published. Professor Carnes congratulates Felicity and tells her it's a big honor.

Felicity tells Meghan that she's officially become a cheater. She cheated on Ben and now she's cheated on this paper. Meghan says fine, you're a cheater. Felicity tells her it's getting published - everyone will see it. Meghan says everyone - all 10 people that read the U.N.Y. journal. Meghan asks if she got rid of the dissertation. Felicity tells her that guy at the library freaks her out. Meghan suggests she go to Carnes and tell her that she doesn't want it published. Felicity tells Meghan that will maker Carnes suspicious. Meghan tells her when they get suspicious deny, deny, deny.

Noel yells at Sean for abandoning him during the client pitch. Sean feels Noel was the one who abandoned him. Noel tries to explain to Sean that he's a little overbearing sometimes and he was only trying to save Sean's job.

Sean asks Meghan if she thinks he's overbearing. She says he can be sometimes. She tells him she's an honest person - some would say she's harsh. She tells him she can tone it down when she wants. He just has to learn when to turn it on and when to turn it off. He tells her he lost an account today and he quit. Megan can't believe he quit after having one bad day. She reminds him that he loves that job. Sean says, "I know."

Professor Carnes tells Felicity that the editorial board read her paper and one of the members thought some of the material sounded familiar and wondered if it was Felicity's own work. Professor Carnes says she told them what a great student Felicity is and there's no way she would do something like that. She tells Felicity she supports her 100%. Felicity tells Meghan the editorial board knows it's not her work. Meghan goes to the library and steals the dissertation. Felicity tells her that the editorial board wants to meet with her next week to show them all the references she used to write the paper. Meghan says it's her fault and asks Felicity if she wants her to go and talk to the board. Felicity tells Meghan it's not her fault. Meghan blames Ben. She says if he hadn't gotten Miss Booze Cruise preggers, Felicity would have finished her paper a long time ago. Felicity says it's her fault - it was stupid. She says she's going to be forever known as the girl who got kicked out of college for copying a paper. Meghan says if they kick her out for this she will personally set the administration building on fire.

Sean tells Noel he talked to Mr. Webb and he gave him his job back. He says he's going to change his style. Noel encourages Sean to be himself, just tone it down a bit sometimes.

Felicity is sitting on Ben's bed looking at the ultrasound photo. Ben says it's pretty hard to get used to. Ben tells Felicity he saw the lawyer and she thinks he should move to Arizona. Ben says that's not going to happen. He tells Felicity he's not going anywhere. Felicity tells Ben she copied someone's dissertation. He asks why. Felicity explains that she was so freaked out about everything that's been going on with them. She tells him she can't concentrate - she couldn't write it. She tells him she's in such big trouble - she doesn't know if she's going to graduate. Ben tells her she is going to graduate. He tells her he knows he's said it a thousand times, but they are going to get through this. Felicity says this time she's not so sure.
