Felicity gives Noel an 8 ball key chain for the key to his new apartment. She tells him she knows they can make things work and that he thinks she wants to be with Ben - but she doesn't. She says Ben has done terrible things to her. She tells Noel he has no idea of what she's gone through to be with him. Noel says he never thought he would say this to Felicity, but it's just not the right time. Felicity tells him now is the only time. Noel tells her he's sorry. He tries to leave. Felicity asks him to wait. She tells him it's going to sound insane, but she came from the future - traveled back in time so she could be with him. Noel laughs and says that's a long trip. Felicity tells him she's serious. She tells him she came back the night before his wedding to Zoe. She explains that Zoe works at this graphics house where Noel's going to get a job. She tells him Meghan did a spell so she could come back and be with him. Noel is silent. Felicity asks if he believes her. Noel says he does, but Felicity knows he doesn't. She tells him she's not making this up. Noel says he's going to think about what she's just told him.

Felicity tells Meghan she just destroyed 5 years of friendship with Noel. Meghan reminds Felicity that she's only known Noel for 3 years. Then she remembers about those wacky time travel years. Felicity says she told Noel she came from the future - now he thinks she's crazy. Meghan advises Felicity not to go blabbing about the future to everybody, especially someone like Noel. Felicity tells Meghan she needs to get back. Meghan gives Felicity a book. She tells her it's hard-core wicca - there's blood and guts. She's not sure Felicity can handle it. Felicity says she's desperate and asks where they should set things up. Meghan tells her she's on her own with this one. Felicity searches the book to find a spell that will help her get back to the future.

Julie's planning a cross-country road trip. Ben asks if he can go with her. He's not so sure about the pre-med thing - he's already failed a couple of tests. Julie asks if he's going to drop out. Ben says he's going to come back when he knows what he wants to do. Julie says she would love for him to come - it would be great to have a friend along. Noel comes home and Julie leaves to go see a guy about a car for the road trip. Noel asks Ben if he's talked to Felicity lately. Noel thinks Felicity's doing drugs. Ben tells Noel that she's not doing drugs. Noel says there's something going on. Noel tells Ben about Felicity's story about traveling back in time. Ben suggests maybe Felicity was joking. Noel says she wasn't joking - there's something seriously wrong with her.

Felicity's in the kitchen cooking a potion for and chanting for her time travel spell. She's startled when she turns around to see Ben watching her. He asks her how she's doing. He tells her Noel's worried about her. Felicity tells Ben she came from the future to be with Noel and now she's doing a spell to get back. She tells Ben she can prove to him that she's telling the truth. She tells him to call his dad - he's sick - he's going to be ok, but he's having liver problems. She tells him that his mom ends up saving his dad's life. She tells him that this woman, Lauren, is his AA sponsor. She pleads with Ben to call his dad so that he'll know she's telling the truth. Ben agrees to call his dad.

Ben returns home to the loft and tells Noel that he agrees there's definitely something going on. Noel thinks it's psychosis. Noel shares information with Ben that he found on the internet. The criteria for psychosis - Criteria A: The presence of delusions which are fixed - false beliefs not shared with the individual's culture or religion. Noel says Felicity has that. Ben agrees. Criteria B: Onset usually occurs before the age of 25. Criteria C: Grossly disorganized and bizarre speech and behavior. Ben tells Noel he saw Felicity pricking her finger with a needle and chanting - she was trying to do a spell to get back to the future. Noel concludes Felicity fits all of the criteria. They go see Felicity together. Felicity asks Ben if he called his dad. Ben tells her he wasn't home so he left him a message. Ben tells Felicity that he and Noel really care about her. Noel tells her they're on her side no matter what. They tell her that they're worried about her with all of the talk about time travel. Noel asks what she would think if it were one of them. Felicity says she would think they were nuts. She tells them it's absolutely real. Noel asks what if it just seems real. He gives her a copy of the psychosis criteria. Noel tells her they want her to talk to someone. Felicity agrees.

Felicity tells the doctor about traveling back in time. She says at first she though it was kind of fun - knowing what was going to happen. Now she's just in a panic about not being able to get back to her real life. The doctor says maybe she could help her with that. Ben and Noel ask the doctor if Felicity's going to be ok. She tells them Felicity will be ok, but she'll need to stay at the hospital for a few days so they can watch her. Ben asks the doctor if he can go in the room and talk to Felicity. Felicity Ben if he thinks what happened to her was real or if she's sick. Ben tells her he wants to believe it's real. He says the only thing that really matters is that she get better. Felicity says maybe this is the only way. Felicity tells him she's scared. Ben says he knows.

Meghan sends herself flowers and pretends they're from her new boyfriend to make Sean jealous. Sean asks Julie what she thinks about Megan's new boyfriend. Julie tells Sean she hasn't met him yet. Julie says she heard that Sean and Meghan were really great together. She tells him if he was lucky enough to find someone he's great with - he shouldn't let her go.

Meghan yells at Ben and Noel for having Felicity 'locked up.' They ask Meghan what she would have done. Meghan says they should support Felicity - be her friend. Meghan tells them Felicity isn't hurting anybody. Ben tells Meghan Felicity was dripping her own blood into a boiling pot. Meghan tells him it's a part of the spell. Noel says Felicity doing spells is bizarre behavior - one of the criteria for psychosis. Meghan says it's like the Salem witch trials - she's surprised they didn't just burn her at the stake. Ben explains that they were just trying to help Felicity. Meghan tells them to try not to hospitalize her for depression if they ever see her not smiling.

Felicity sees Zoe at the hospital and introduces herself. Zoe asks if she knows her. Felicity tells Zoe she doesn't know her yet. She tells Zoe that she's going to be engaged to a really great friend of hers in the future - Noel. Zoe tells her that she doesn't know anyone named Noel and that Felicity must have her confused with someone else. Felicity says, "You're Zoe Webb - you're father's Dominick Webb - he runs Webb Group Graphics." Zoe asks how Felicity knows all this stuff. Felicity says it's hard to explain, but just the fact that Zoe is there is proof that Felicity isn't crazy. Zoe tells her she has to go. Felicity thanks Zoe and tells her that this really helps.

Ben's sleeping. Felicity calls and tells Ben about her encounter with Zoe. Ben has no idea who Zoe is. He thinks it's a part of the illness and that maybe Felicity imagined Zoe. He suggests she talk to the doctor and try to get some sleep. He tells here it's going to be alright. Later Ben gets a call from Lauren, his Dad's AA sponsor. Ben rushes into Noel's room and tells him some woman named Lauren just called and told him his dad is sick. He explains that Felicity told him it was going to happen. He asks Noel how Felicity could have known. Noel says maybe Felicity's parents told her. Ben tells Noel that Lauren said she hadn't told anyone else. Ben tells Noel he thinks he believes Felicity. Noel says, "You actually believe Felicity traveled back in time." Ben says, "I guess I do."

The next day Felicity sees Zoe preparing to go home. She apologizes for yesterday. She explains that she's been a little panicked lately. Zoe tells her that she was really scared too when she first arrived. She tells Felicity it gets better. Zoe asks if Noel is cute. Felicity says he's very cute and she and Noel are happy together. Zoe says she could use some happiness. She tells Felicity it was nice meeting her. Ben arrives and tells Felicity that Lauren called him last night. He tells her she was right - his dad is sick. He tells Felicity he believes her. He says he can't explain any of it, but she's not crazy. He apologizes for bringing her to the hospital. He gives her is visitors badge and helps her sneak out of the hospital.

Sean brings Meghan a bouquet of silk flowers. He tells her they're better than fresh flowers because they'll last forever. He invites her to have dinner with him. Meghan tells him she has plans with 'Paul'. Sean thinks its just a rebound relationship. Meghan changes her mind and accepts Sean's dinner invitation. She asks him to operate the slide projector for her photography class presentation. Sean agrees, but later regrets it. Meghan's presentation is about how Sean dumped her for a girl who would never be with him. She admits to sending flowers to herself to make him jealous. Sean walks out. Meghan follows him. Sean tells her this was mean - even for her. He tells her to have fun with her imaginary boyfriend. He hopes they'll get married and have a couple of imaginary kids and live in Never-Never Land. Meghan says she hopes so too - then she'll be far away from him. He tells her it's not far enough for him.

Ben asks Felicity what happens to them in the future. He wants to know why she came back to be with Noel. Felicity tells Ben that he cheated on her in the future. Ben says he would never cheat on her. Felicity tells him that he did and they broke up. She tells him after she slept with Noel he couldn't forgive her and he ended up with Lauren. Later, after graduation she returned to Palo Alto and Ben followed her there. They were doing their last year of pre-med when he cheated on her with Claire. Ben is surprised to learn that he was still pre-med considering he hasn't done well at all so far. She tells him that she's been trying to tell him that he can do this - he can become a doctor. She tells him that's when things started to unravel for them and one day she walked in on him and Claire. Ben doesn't know what to say. He apologizes and tells her she's here now and he hasn't cheated. He tells her he's not going to - not with Claire - not with anyone - ever. He kisses her.

Noel calls Felicity from his guidance counselor job in the N.Y.U. administration building. Ben takes the call for her. Noels tells Ben that one summer of EMT training does not make him a doctor. Ben tells Noel to calm down - it was the right thing to do. Noel says the hospital doesn't agree - they want Ben to bring Felicity back. Ben says he's not doing that. Noel tells Ben to put Felicity on the phone. Ben doesn't want to, but Felicity tells him it's ok. Ben hands over the phone. Felicity tells him that she didn't need to be there. Noel is interrupted by a student attempting to warn him about a fire and the sounding of the fire alarm. He tells Felicity he 's going to call her back.

Felicity tells Ben she has to go back to the future. She can't stay here where everyone thinks she's out of her mind. Ben says he doesn't think she is. He wants her to stay and tells her that everything that has happened doesn't need to happen anymore. They can do senior year all over again and do it right this time. Ben suggests maybe she didn't come back for Noel - maybe she came back for them.

Julie tells Ben she called one of her girlfriends to hang out with her on her road trip. She tells Ben she thinks he should stay with Felicity. She tells him it was good to see him. They hug. Julie gets in the car and drives off.

Meghan tries to cancel some earrings she ordered to have sent to her. She tells the telephone representative that there is no Paul Korsakoff - she made it up. The representative tells her he has an account there.

Ben and Felicity are studying. Ben asks if she's sure he gets an 'A' in the class. He says "I don't understand any of this crap." Felicity checks her voicemail. Ben goes to get a snack. There's a message from the police department. She calls to find out why they called her. Ben returns just as Felicity hangs up with the police department. She tearfully tells Ben that Noel is dead. There was a fire in the administration building just like before, except this time he died. Ben asks if they're sure it's Noel. Felicity's voice trembles as she tells Ben that they want them to go and pick up some of Noel's personal things. Ben hugs her.

Felicity thinks it's all her fault for coming back from the future. Ben assures her it's not her fault. Meghan thinks maybe Felicity can undo it. She tells her she found Korsakoff. She gives Felicity his address. Felicity goes to see Korsakoff. She tells him about the spell Meghan used from his book. She tells him he's the only one who can undo this. Felicity returns to the apartment and fills a box with memorabilia since her highschool graduation. Ben asks what Korsakoff is going to do with the stuff. Felicity tells him that Korsakoff said the only reason the spell worked for Meghan was because she knew everything that had happened. Ben offers to go with her. Felicity tells him she thinks she should do this on her own. She returns to Korsakoff's apartment. She tells him she wasn't sure what to bring, so she brought something from everyone. Felicity asks where they should start. Korsakoff tells her to start at the beginning. Felicity starts with high school graduation and the message be wrote in her yearbook that made her change her college plans and go to New York. Korsakoff lights candles and arranges Felicity's box items including the message Ben wrote in her highs school yearbook, a necklace Ben gave her, Boggle game pieces, her Dean & Deluca cap, Elena's water gun, the Magic 8 ball, Sean's musical condom, a tape with a recorded message from Sally. Felicity tells Korsakoff that she can't believe Noel's dead. He says maybe that's what was supposed to happen - to let Noel go. He tells her she loved to people, but she has to make a choice. She tells him she did make a choice. He tells her to empty her pockets - she's holding on to something and he can't undo the spell until she lets it go. Felicity finds the 8 ball key chain in her pocket. She says she forgot she had it. It's the key to Noel's apartment - they were supposed to live there together. She picked it up at the police station with some of Noel's things. Korsakoff tell her he knows this is scary. Her story isn't over - just this chapter. What she's made here will always be a part of her, but she has to finish it. Felicity hands over the key and key chain.

Felicity tells Ben she's afraid to go to sleep. She doesn't know what's going to happen when she wakes up. She could still be there and Noel would still be dead, or she could wake up in the future and Ben won't be next to her. Ben asks if that happens if she'll forgive him. Felicity says she'll try, but what if she doesn't remember this. Ben tells her he wants her to remember this moment. He says he doesn't know what's going to happen in the future, but he's sorry for what he did - it was stupid, immature and it was unforgiveable. He tells her she has to find a way to forgive him. He doesn't know how, but she has to because he doesn't want to live his life without her.

Meghan, Sean, Javier, and Noel are all in the room when Felicity wakes up. She asks what's going on. Noel explains that she was sick the night before. Meghan tells her that she had a 104degree fever. Javier tells her she was sweating and talking in her sleep - it was like the exorcist, only scarier. Sean says Noel almost postponed the wedding. Felicity remembers that Noel is marrying Zoe. She tells Noel she just had the weirdest dream. She thought he died in that fire. Ben comes in and asks if she's ok. She tells Ben he was in her dream too - he rescued her from a psych ward. She tells Noel that he and Zoe are going to have a great life together. Ben asks if he can talk to Felicity alone. Everyone leaves the room. Ben tells her he's so sorry for what he did. It was stupid, immature and it was unforgiveable. He says he knows it's an impossible thing to ask, but she has to find a way to forgive him because he doesn't want to live his life without her. Felicity says, "Oh my God, that 's exactly what you said in my dream." Ben asks what she said in her dream. Felicity says she didn't say anything, but she knows what she was thinking. She says she doesn't want to live her life without him either. He tells her he's so sorry. She tells him she knows. She tells him she forgives him. They kiss.

Noel and Zoe get married. Javier catches the bouquet. Everyone's laughing and appear to have a great time at the wedding reception.
